PANDORA Restore “HypnoBreathwork" Workshop

Join us for an evening of transformative energy and Restorative movement. You will leave the studio refreshed, recharged, and most importantly, Relaxed!
We will begin our evening with Restorative Reformer flow by our very own Crystal Isern, a Pilates & yoga teacher and a Reiki and breath work practitioner. After an hour of Pilates infused with breath work, we will enjoy a 30-minute individual application of Acupuncture needles by Devon Casher LAC (owner of @aurapuncture), geared to restore your Chi energy and promote balance in the nervous system. You will relax while listening to Crystal's sound bath meditation and immerse yourself in the intoxicating scents of our signature essential oil blends and Palo Santo.
Your workshop will end with you feeling like a new person, ready to take on the Holiday season!

We will begin the evening using a variety of props, such as a SpineFitter, foam roller, ball, and block, practicing self-massage techniques to release tension, tissue restriction, and built-up pressure along the spine and hips. We will work on mobility techniques and self-alignment to help promote proper posture and bodily balance. We will be guided for 60 minutes by owner and Physical Therapist Dr. Julia Shmurak, DPT, NCPT.
Then, Devon Casher, owner of @aurapuncture, will provide individual acupuncture to the lower back region and pelvis, restoring and opening your lower Chakras. For 30 minutes, you'll submerge into the relaxing world of aromatherapy and the beautiful sound bath meditation by Norkis, owner of @root_n_tonic.

Your Lower Back Workshop

Dr. Julia will lead us for one hour of therapeutic movement focused on the Cervical spine. The movement will be a beautiful blend of cervical and thoracic, mobility work (using props such as the “Spinefitter”), alignment, posture, and stabilization exercises.
We will proceed to the relaxing portion of the evening, during which Devon Casher, acupuncturist and owner of @aurapuncture, will apply needles in regions of your head and neck to unblock stagnant energy focused on the crown, third eye, and throat Chakras.
While you let the acupuncture needles restore your Chi energy, Norkis, owner of @root_n_tonic will provide her signature Aromatherapy and a magical live Sound Bowl Meditation focused on those 3 Chakras.
We will end the night with some tea, and specialty vitamin shots which will be available for purchase from Devon.

We are delighted to announce another season of Restore Workshops for our community! This edition is a pelvic floor-focused evening with Dr. Adrianna Ortega, DPT, a women’s health Physical Therapist. We will begin with a movement-based class that targets the pelvic floor region and address any questions or concerns you may have about herbal tea. Devon Casher from @aurapuncture will then apply acupuncture needles to address energetic blockages and restrictions while clients indulge in a beautiful sound bowl meditation focused on the root and sacral chakras. A pop-up market will be available and a special bejeweled gift will be raffled by @kendrascott.
