
Reformer Class Offerings
All Levels
Our Reformer classes are designed to accommodate most levels. Each teacher offers a unique approach, but please read the description for more detailed information. Private sessions are strongly recommended for newbies to Pilates but are not required. We ask that first-timers notify the instructor before class to receive proper modifications during class.

Reformer-based Pilates Class that targets the whole body. The class may use props such as a Spine Corrector and a Pilates Ring.
All Levels

A Reformer Pilates class focused on the Arms & Glutes.

A Reformer / Mat Class with props taught by a Physical Therapist or an experienced teacher focused on strengthening & alignment of neck, back & hips. The class emphasizes exercises that benefit bone density, posture & balance. Great for people suffering from arthritis and/or mild injuries and need modifications within a group setting.

A Pilates class geared to align, lengthen, and recover. The class will be a combination of a Reformer, Spine Corrector, Foam roller, and other props to aid in stretching and self-massage. Great for newbies and pre /postnatal clients who want to move more gently and mindfully.

Intermediate | Advanced

Reformer-based class with the addition of Props. Class is focused on the core, legs, and glutes.
Intermediate Level

High-intensity, low-impact Reformer class with props such as light weights, balls, resistance bands, Pilates rings, and weighted dowels.
Intermediate to Advanced Level

Fast Pace, high-intensity class utilizing the Jump-board attachment on the Reformer. The class is HIIT style: Intervals of jumping mixed with traditional Pilates exercises.
Intermediate to Advanced Level
**Not recommended for those who are new to Pilates. -
Fast Pace, High Intensity Reformer-based class for Advanced practitioners. In this class, you will be performing the most advanced exercises from the Traditional Pilates repertoire mixed with Modern-Contemporary exercises.
Class will transition quickly, with the expectation that clients are already familiar with the exercises and names. Clients should have good balance, and strong wrists for the advanced exercises.
