PANDORA Body
Reformer based Pilates Class that targets the whole body. Class may or may use props such as Spine Corrector and Pilates Ring, etc.
All Levels
PANDORA Butts & Guts
Reformer based class with the addition of Props. Class is focused on the core, legs and glutes.
Intermediate Level
PANDORA Sculpt
High intensity, low impact Reformer class with props such as light weights, balls, resistance bands, Pilates rings, and weighted dowels.
Intermediate to Advanced Level
PANDORA Cardio-lates
Fast Pace, high intensity class utilizing the Jump-board attachment on the Reformer. Class is HIIT style: Intervals of jumping mixed with traditional Pilates exercises.
Intermediate to Advanced Level
**Not recommended for those who are new to Pilates.
PANDORA Spine
A Reformer / Mat Class with props taught by a Physical Therapist or an experienced teacher focused on strengthening & alignment of neck, back & hips. Class emphasizes exercises that benefit bone density, posture & balance. Great for people suffering from arthritis and/or mild injuries and need modifications within a group setting.

PANDORA Gunz & Bunz
A Reformer Pilates class focused on the Arms & Glutes.

PANDORA Restore
A Pilates class geared to align, lengthen and recover. Class will be a combination of Reformer, Spine Corrector, Foam roller, and other props to aid in stretching and self massage. Great for newbies, pre /postnatal, clients who want to move a little more gently and mindfully.

PANDORA Mama
A Reformer class geared and modified towards women who are pregnant or postpartum. The class will emphasize proper form, breathing, alignment as needed to accommodate the changing body of a pre and postnatal mama. Class is taught by a Physical Therapist or a Rehab Pilates specialist.

PANDORA Beginners
Reformer class for new comers, beginners, and for those that need a refresher of the basic machine set-up and Pilates moves.

PANDORA Seniors
A movement class targeted for the aging population. Class includes functional movement training, flexibility work, balance and coordination using the Reformer. Elements from Pilates and Tai Chi. Taught by our Manual Therapist / Pilates Teacher.
