We practice traditional Pilates with an emphasis on form and with attention to injury and preexisting conditions. For one-on-one sessions, we utilize the full range of Pilates equipment. In group classes, we use the Mat, Reformer, spine corrector, and a wide variety of props.

Our cancellation/class change policy for group classes is that 12 hours notice is required. Clients will incur a fee of $15 or use up one of their classes in the package. For one-on-one sessions, we ask for a 24-hour notice or the hour will be accounted for the service planned.

Do you have a lateness policy?

If it’s your first time trying Pilates we recommend that you arrive 5 min early. Please arrive no later than 15 min after your appointment or class, otherwise, the session will be considered a late cancellation and can be offered to another client.
